The obligations of the tenant and his guests are:

 

• Respect the daytime and nighttime tranquility of the place.

• Do not exceed the maximum guest capacity.

• Do not sublease the property.

• Use of the property for accommodation and rest purposes.

• Leave kitchen and grill utensils and dishes clean.

• Respect the departure time.

• Authorized pets must be on a leash outside the apartment/house.

• Hanging clothes outside the laundry area is not permitted.
